Delivery & Returns Policies
After we receive your order and verified the payment, we will process it within 24 hours of working days. (Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday)
Domestic Orders (Within Malaysia)
- Orders received and paid from Mondays to Thursdays, will be shipped out on the following day, unless there is a Malaysian public holiday that falls on the following day. Otherwise, your item will be sent out on the next working day.
- Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday.
- We will endeavour to ship according to the schedule above, but if for any unforeseen circumstances that we are unable to do so, we will be in touch with you.
- Estimated time of arrival to your address : West Malaysia: 1-3 business days / East Malaysia: 3-5 business days. Please take note that MCO may delay the products delivery to you.
- We are offering nationwide FREE SHIPPING.
Returns, Refund & Exchange
At Suri Skin, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at other sites will not be entertained.
We accept returns from you, if you have received a damaged product or wrong product. We process a refund by providing a credit voucher which you can make a re-purchase at https://suriskin.com/ and is valid for the next 30 days.
Refunds and exchanges will be to the initial value of the goods, not including courier fee, unless it has been our error. Refunds and exchanges can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the item sent back to us for exchange. Please pack the item properly and ensure it is sent via a reliable courier company.
Suri Skin reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee if above return guidelines are not met. But to maximize customer satisfaction, Suri Skin will very much appreciate if you can contact us at email@example.com if there are any returns or exchanges needed once you have received the merchandise purchased within 48 hours.
Once we have received your returned item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the replacement before posting it if applicable.
Please allow 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper refund or exchange solutions. Suri Skin reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met. Suri Skin’s decision is final.
